Air Parts & Supply Company has established a quality management system that is in compliance with the International Quality System Standard ISO 9001:2008, and we participate in the Federal Aviation Administrations Voluntary Distributor Accreditation Program - AC 00-56A.
Many of our customers require that we complete an annual vendor audit questionnaire. We have developed a Quality Survey Response document using common survey questions asked by a majority of our customers over the years. This survey response provides a detailed description of our qualifications, capabilities, standards, compliances, products and services. We honor all manufacturer's warranties, and in most instances will replace any factory defective parts out of APSCO stock at the time of the
return. We ask that customers inspect their purchases within thirty days of receipt to ensure that all parts and paperwork are in
accordance with their requirements. In the event that there is a nonconformance with the requirements as set forth in the customer's
purchase order, we will issue full credit to the customer, upon receipt of the returned goods.
Return of special order parts are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee and require prior management approval.
